From the same team that brought you THE VICE SQUAD comes another superb release for the C64.  This time you are flung into a sprawling jungle map spanning 100 screens.  Help Adventurer Stan rescue his girl in the ultimate adventure for the C64!

** DARKNESS STORY **

While traveling over Africa a plane carrying adventurer Stan and his girl Megan crash lands in the jungle.  Upon waking Stan cannot find his girl.  Then, from the jungle he hears a scream - his beloved is in trouble!  With only a rock as a weapon Stan sets off into the deep, dark Jungle.

Loading Instructions:

TAPE: Insert tape and hold SHIFT
+ RUN STOP.  Press PLAY on tape.
Program will now load and run automatically.

DISK: Insert disk and type
LOAD "*",8,1 (RETURN).
Once loaded type RUN (RETURN).

Note: You can press FIRE to bypass the intro sequence at any time if you wish.

8 locks holding its ancient gates
These precious masks may hold the key
In chests kept secret from eyes to see

With stone dagger star and tooth
Search far and deep to learn the truth

Controlling Adventurer Stan

Use a joystick plugged into port 2.

LEFT - Move Stan left.
RIGHT - Move Stan right.
UP - Move Stan up.
DOWN - Move Stan down.
FIRE - Fire current weapon.

Power-ups will be revealed by smashing large
pots or clearing undergrowth by shooting it.

PURPLE HEART - Upgrade weapon
WHITE HEART - Invincibility
CYAN HEART - Speed up
